1. GENERAL DISCLAIMER All content provided by Tiffany Gow and Eternally Open-Arted is for artistic and informational purposes only. By interacting with this business, you acknowledge that the artwork provided is highly textural and sculptural in nature. Tiffany Gow and Eternally Open-Arted assume no liability for any physical injury, medical situation, or damage arising from the handling, mounting, or display of the work.

2. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Tiffany Gow and Eternally Open-Arted shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the products sold. This includes, but is not limited to, personal injury or property damage. The collector assumes all risk and responsibility for the stewardship of the artwork once title has passed.

3. NO WARRANTIES While every effort is made to ensure the archival quality of the work, all art is provided "as is." Eternally Open-Arted makes no guarantees regarding the long-term reaction of materials to specific home environments, including exposure to light, moisture, or temperature fluctuations beyond the studio’s control.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & BRAND PRESERVATION All artworks, slogans, business names, logos, designs, text, and digital images are the exclusive intellectual property of Tiffany Gow and Eternally Open-Arted.

  • Formal Registration: The business name Eternally Open-Arted is formally registered with IP Australia.

  • Exclusive Slogan: The slogan Eternally Exclusive Essence™ is the exclusive property of Tiffany Gow and Eternally Open-Arted.

  • Copyright & Trademark: These assets are protected under Australian and International Copyright and Trademark laws. Eternally Open-Arted asserts its formal ownership and creative authority over its entire brand identity and portfolio.

  • Prohibition of Use: Any unauthorised use, reproduction, scanning, derivative creation, or commercial distribution of this content is strictly prohibited.

5. PROFESSIONAL ADVICE & INSTALLATION Information regarding the hanging or maintenance of art is provided as a courtesy. It does not constitute professional engineering or installation advice. Original artwork from Tiffany Gow does not include hooks, brackets, or hanging mechanisms; the purchase price covers the physical artwork, inclusive of high-value transit insurance and PROFESSIONAL GALLERY-STANDARD PACKAGING. The buyer is solely responsible for acquiring and installing all necessary hanging hardware. We strongly recommend that you acquire a professionally trained and experienced art installer to hang the piece. Eternally Open-Arted and Tiffany Gow do not take any responsibility or claim any liability for any injuries, medical situations, or health-related incidents that may occur during the handling or installation of the work.
