SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY: ETERNALLY OPEN-ARTED

- TIFFANY GOW ART

EFFECTIVE FROM AND LAST UPDATED: 21ST JULY, 2026

1. OUR COMMITMENT TO PROFESSIONAL GALLERY STEWARDSHIP

At Eternally Open-Arted, we recognise that your purchase is a high-value investment. Every work by Tiffany Gow is treated with the highest level of professional care, meeting established Professional Studio and Gallery Standards. We utilise industry-leading, reinforced art-packaging materials specifically designed for the secure transit of fine art.

  • Professional Studio Standards: Every piece is prepared for transport within the Eternally Open-Arted studio using methods that respect the technical and sculptural integrity of the work.

  • Reinforced Protection: Large-scale canvases are secured in heavy-duty, double-walled professional art boxes or custom-engineered crates to protect the structural architecture of the piece.

  • Archival-Safe Materials: All surfaces are wrapped in acid-free, non-abrasive materials and moisture-resistant shields to protect the integrity of the archival seals and high-relief textures.

  • Impact Resistance: We utilise multi-layered, high-density cushioning to suspend the artwork within its container, preventing any contact with the outer walls during transit.

2. CHOSEN PROFESSIONAL COURIER & FINE ART SPECIALISTS

To ensure "Gold Service" delivery, we partner exclusively with specialised art-handling couriers who understand the value of original works.

  • Current Provider: Our primary chosen provider is Pack & Send. We utilise their specific expertise in handling high-value items, including their extensive experience with fine art premium packaging and fine art shipping.

  • Expert Handling: This partnership ensures that your investment is handled by professionals who understand the technical requirements of transporting textured, archival-grade canvases and fine art prints.

  • Full Transit Insurance: Every shipment is fully insured for its total commercial value. This insurance covers the artwork from the moment it leaves our studio until it is signed for at your delivery address.

  • Tracking: You will receive a comprehensive tracking number and a direct link to monitor your investment’s journey in real-time.

3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: DUTIES, TAXES & CUSTOMS

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR INTERNATIONAL COLLECTORS: Eternally Open-Arted ships worldwide; however, the buyer acts as the "Importer of Record."

  • Buyer Responsibility: You are solely responsible for any and all import duties, customs fees, and local taxes (VAT/GST) imposed by your country’s government.

  • Exclusion of Liability: These charges are not included in the purchase price or the shipping cost. We cannot predict or control these fees.

  • Customs Delays: We are not liable for transit delays caused by international customs processing or inspections.

4. DELIVERY ADDRESS & RECEIPT OF ARTWORK

  • Signature Required: Due to the value of the works, all deliveries require a physical signature. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

  • Address Accuracy: The buyer is 100% responsible for providing a correct and secure delivery address. Eternally Open-Arted is not liable for loss or mis-delivery due to incorrect information provided at checkout.

  • Inspection Upon Arrival: We require all collectors to inspect the external packaging upon delivery. If there is visible damage to the crate or box, please photograph the packaging before opening and contact us within 24 hours.

5. SHIPPING TIMELINES & EXPECTATIONS

Please note that high-value art requires a meticulous preparation period before it can be safely dispatched.

  • Handling & Preparation Time: Please allow 7–14 business days for our studio to complete the professional gallery-standard packaging and coordinate high-value insurance.

  • Domestic Deliveries (Within Australia): Once dispatched, please expect a delivery timeframe of 3–7 business days.

  • International Deliveries: Once dispatched, please expect a delivery timeframe of 10–21 business days.

  • Note on Delays: Please be aware that these timeframes are estimates. Eternally Open-Arted and Tiffany Gow are not responsible for delivery delays resulting from courier scheduling, customs clearance, or other external logistical factors. While we will maintain professional communication and support should a significant delay occur, the final delivery timeline is governed by the carrier once the work has left our studio.

6. RISK TRANSFER

In accordance with our Terms of Service, the Risk of Loss transfers to the buyer the moment the artwork is collected from our studio by the professional courier. While we provide every assistance in the event of a claim, the courier and their insurance provider are responsible for the physical transit of the goods.

7. EVENTS BEYOND CONTROL - FORCE MAJEURE

Eternally Open-Arted shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its shipping or delivery obligations if such failure or delay is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, customs strikes, global shipping disruptions, or telecommunications failure.
